As a husband-and-wife team, Randy and I (Tracy) believe the best moments in life happen when you can slow down, reconnect, and truly enjoy where you are. For us, that place has always been near the water — with soft white sand, warm sunshine, and that peaceful feeling that helps you relax, reset, and recharge.

Behind the scenes, Randy brings our vision to life through marketing, technology, and creativity — making sure every detail of our brand and your experience feels seamless and inspiring.

On the travel side, I bring over 25 years of coordination, planning, and people-focused experience. From my career in Human Resources at Kohler, to co-owning a wine tour business in which we designed and flawlessly executed winery day trips, to planning meetings and events in the nonprofit world — I’ve built my career on managing details, creating experiences, and ensuring things run smoothly.
